车间内专用生产线辅助起吊装置的设计及制造

摘 要: 针对非标设备制造加工车间内吊装能力不足的问题,设计了一款车间内专用生产线辅助起吊装置,通过对其结构进行受力计算,结合现代模拟软件SolidWorks Simulation对计算结果进行模拟分析和校核,最后对试验装置进行一年以上的实际运行验证。结果证明,该设备结构简单、安全可靠、造价低廉、安装拆卸方便,并且不与其他吊装设备产生干扰,使用灵活方便,也为其他非标设备的结构设计提供了思路和方法。

Abstract: Regarding that the lifting capability of non-standard equipment manufacturing workshop is not enough, a kind of auxiliary lifting device has been designed to use for the specific production line in the workshop. Through analyzing the stress calculation of the structure, the simulation analysis and checking of the calculation results are carried out by combining with the modern simulation software SolidWorks Simulation. Finally, the test device is verified for practical application at least one year period. The result shows that the device is simple in structure, safety and reliable, low in price, and its installation or disassembly is very easy. At the same time, it has no impact on other lifting equipment, and its use is flexible and convenient, which also provides an idea and method for other non-standard equipment's structure design.
