甲醇蒸汽重整制氢过程强化研究进展

摘 要: 在“双碳目标”背景下,氢气成为未来的清洁能源载体。综述了目前甲醇蒸汽重整(methanol steam reforming,MSR)制氢过程强化技术的研究现状。总结了MSR微反应器的特点和研究进展,介绍了催化活性质量分数和催化剂载体等的改性研究,分析了催化剂应用方式对反应过程产生的影响。整体式结构催化剂多用于管式反应器,涂层类催化剂广泛应用于微反应器中以获得体积更小、制氢性能更佳的反应器。在其他强化MSR制氢技术中,主要介绍了相变蓄热介质填充的新型太阳能热重整制氢反应器的研究。最后,对未来氢能不同场景下开发按需制氢的小型反应器进行展望,认为带蓄热介质的可再生能源制氢技术是解决绿氢生产间隙性和不稳定性的有利技术手段。

Abstract: Under the background of “dual carbon target”, hydrogen becomes the carrier of clean energy in the future. The current research status of the intensification technology of hydrogen production by methanol steam reforming (MSR) is reviewed in this paper. The characteristics and research progress of MSR micro-reactors are summarized, research on the modification of common catalysts by loading different mass fractions of metals and using other catalyst supports is introduced, and the influence of catalyst application methods on the reaction process is analyzed. Monolithic frame catalysts are mostly used in tubular reactors, coated catalysts are widely used in micro-reactors to create smaller reactors with better hydrogen production performance. Among other technologies for intensifying MSR hydrogen production, the research of a new type of solar thermal reforming hydrogen production reactor filled with phase change heat storage medium is mainly introduced. Finally, recommendations are given for further research and applications of the small-scale reactors for on-demand hydrogen production in different circumstance. In order to solve the gap and instability of green hydrogen production, renewable energy hydrogen production with heat storage medium is a favorable technological means.
