汽车壳体类零件加工生产线运行状态监控系统的设计与实现

摘 要: 在分析国内外机加工生产线监控系统的研究与应用基础上,提出了一种汽车壳体类零件加工生产线运行状态监控系统总体方案,对生产线数据采集方法、机床异常状态识别方法、质量预测方法等进行了研究,并在此基础上开发了一套汽车壳体类零件加工生产线运行状态监控系统。本系统有利于汽车壳体类零件加工生产线的转型升级,对汽车壳体类零件加工生产效率和加工质量的提升具有重要意义。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the research and application of machining production line monitoring system at home and abroad, an overall scheme of operation status monitoring system for automobile shell parts machining production line is proposed, and the production line data acquisition method, machine tool abnormal state identification method, quality prediction method are studied. On this basis, a set of operation status monitoring system of automobile shell parts machining production line is developed, which is conducive to the transformation and upgrading of automobile shell parts machining production line, and is of great significance to the improvement of automobile shell parts machining production efficiency and processing quality.
