轿车雨刮器试验设备的控制系统设计

摘 要: | 为对雨淋、泥浆、雪堵等工况下的雨刮器进行可靠性试验,给出了一种综合性的轿车雨刮器试验设备控制系统。控制系统以欧姆龙可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)、工控机、数模转换以及压力传感器为主要组成部件,从硬件配置到软件编程,实现了轿车雨刮器耐久性试验设备的控制系统设计,并以耐久性试验为例进行了试验分析。结果表明,本控制系统能够为多种轿车雨刮器提供试验测试环境,能够对轿车雨刮器的性能提升提供可靠的数据支撑。 |

Abstract: | In order to carry out durability test on wiper under the conditions of rain, mud and snow, a control system of comprehensive automobile wiper test device is presented. The control system is mainly composed of OMRON programmable logic controller (PLC), industrial computer, digital to analog conversion and pressure sensor. From hardware configuration to software programming, the control system design of the automobile wiper durability test equipment is realized, and the test analysis is carried out by taking the durability test as an example. The experimental results show that the control system can provide an experimental test environment for a variety of automobile wiper, and can provide reliable data support for the performance improvement of automobile wiper. |
