基于SD的第三方汽配平台多价值链协同效应

摘 要: 考虑市场需求具有不确定性,构建了一个基于第三方汽配平台的包含多配件供应商、多维修服务商的第三方汽配平台多价值链协同系统动力学(system dynamics,SD)模型;通过Vensim PLE软件进行仿真模拟,分析了第三方汽配平台多价值链协同对各参与企业协同效应的影响,并进一步研究了中心仓内供应商目标库存水平对各参与企业协同效应的影响。研究表明:单个周期内,多价值链协同不一定能给供应商、服务商带来协同效应;多周期下,多价值链协同能给供应商、服务商带来协同效应;供应商间目标库存水平相差越大,多价值链协同给高目标库存水平供应商带来的协同效应越大,给向其跨链采购服务商带来的协同效应越大,但给其同链服务商带来的协同效应越小甚至可能为负。因此从长期看,第三方汽配平台上的供应商和服务商采用多价值链协同是有利的。

Abstract: Considering market demand uncertainty, a multi-value chains cooperation system dynamics (SD) model based on a third-party auto parts platform including suppliers and service providers was established. Through the simulation by Vensim PLE, the cooperation effect of each participating firm under multi-value chains cooperation based on the third-party auto parts platform was analyzed. Then, the impact of suppliers’ target inventory levels on the cooperation effect of each participating firm was concluded. The results showed that in a single cycle, multi-value chains cooperation may not necessarily bring cooperation effect to suppliers and service providers, but certainly bring cooperation effect under multiple cycles. The greater differences in target inventory levels among suppliers, the more cooperation effect brought by multi-value chains cooperation to suppliers with high target inventory level and the cross-chain procurement service providers, but conversely, the smaller or even negative cooperation effect brought to their same-chain service providers. In short, it is advantageous for suppliers and service providers based on the third-party auto parts platform to adopt multi-value chains cooperation in the long run.
