基于DF-SMSCMA联合迭代优化译码仿真

摘 要: 空间调制(spatial modulation,SM)与稀疏码多址接入(sparse code multiple access,SCMA)的结合可以有效满足多天线场景下高频谱的海量数据连接。针对现有空间调制稀疏码多址接入(SM-SCMA)算法存在复杂度较高的问题,引入动态因子图,在每次迭代过程中加入置信度稳定判决条件,提出动态因子SM-SCMA(dynamic factor combined SM-SCMA,DF-SMSCMA)联合迭代优化译码算法,在每次迭代中,避免已收敛节点信息的冗余迭代,动态确定所需迭代因子图,删减部分资源节点更新用户数。进一步,优化Jacobi公式近似消除指数运算的性能损失。SIMULINK仿真结果表明,DF-SMSCMA算法不仅有效降低了系统检测复杂度,还保证了系统误码率(bit error ratio,BER)性能,且信噪比(signal noise ratio,SNR)越大,系统BER性能越好。

Abstract: The combination of spatial modulation (SM) and sparse code multiple access (SCMA) can effectively meet the requirements of high-spectrum mass data connection in multi-antenna scenarios. In order to solve the problem of high complexity of existing spatial modulation sparse code multiple access (SM-SCMA) algorithm, dynamic factor graph is introduced, and confidence stability decision condition is added in each iteration process. The dynamic factor combined SM-SCMA (DF-SMSCMA) joint iterative optimization decoding algorithm is proposed. In each iteration, redundant iteration of converged node information is avoided, the required iteration factor graph is determined dynamically, and the number of users is updated by deleting some resource nodes. Furthermore, the Jacobi formula is optimized to approximately eliminate the performance loss of exponential operation. SIMULINK simulation results show that the DF-SMSCMA algorithm not only effectively reduces the system detection complexity, but also ensures the bit error ratio (BER) performance of the system, and the larger the signal noise ratio (SNR), the better the BER performance of the system.
