GIS开关操作对二次设备骚扰抑制措施研究

摘 要: 为研究气体绝缘变电站(gas insulated substation,GIS)隔离开关操作引发特快速暂态过电压(very fast transient overvoltage,VFTO)对就地二次设备影响及抑制措施,本文介绍了GIS隔离开关操作对就地二次设备骚扰的测试方法,针对VFTO骚扰特性重点阐述了就地二次设备主回路抑制VFTO骚扰的设计实现方法,提出了就地二次设备加强互感器绝缘强度、机箱分区屏蔽设计、电源多级滤波等措施,通过VFTO电磁暂态试验平台验证了抑制措施的有效性。

Abstract: In order to study the influence and suppression measures of very fast transient overvoltage (VFTO) caused by disconnector operation in gas insulated substation (GIS) on local secondary equipment, this paper introduces the test method of disturbance from GIS disconnector operation to local secondary equipment, and focuses on the design and implementation method of suppressing VFTO disturbance in the main circuit of local secondary equipment according to the characteristics of VFTO disturbance. The measures such as strengthening the insulation strength of transformer, partition shielding design of chassis and multi-level filtering of power supply for local secondary equipment are proposed. The effectiveness of the suppression measures is verified by VFTO electromagnetic transient test platform.
