基于AHP-DEMATEL模型的施工项目质量控制关键因素识别研究

| 摘 要： | 本文结合实际施工项目的具体特点进行案例分析，通过问卷调查与专家访谈相结合方式对影响该项目施工质量因素进行识别总结，构建了项目质量影响因素的层次模型。使用AHP-DEMATEL模型计算得到的综合影响权重中，人的素质、施工组织设计、质量意识和技术方案综合影响权重较大，即该施工项目质量控制过程中影响最大的关键性因素。进而，针对这些关键因素对该项目的质量控制提出了相应的优化措施，以期对项目施工有指导性帮助。 |

| Abstract： | Based on the specific characteristics of the actual construction projects, this paper conducts case analysis and proposes a hierarchical model to identify and summarize the factors affecting the construction quality of the project through the combination of questionnaire survey and expert interviews. In AHP-DEMATEL model, the comprehensive influence weight of human quality, construction organization design, quality awareness and technical scheme are larger, implying the key factors that have the greatest influences in the quality control process of the construction project. According to these key factors, the corresponding optimization measures for the quality control of the project are proposed to guide the construction of the project. |
