30个甜高粱品种含糖量与个体糖产量潜力相关研究

摘 要: 目的:探讨不同甜高粱品种单株糖产量差异及其与含糖量和干物质生产特性的关系。方法:在充分发挥个体生产潜力条件下(大田种植15 000株·ha-1),研究了30个甜高粱品种含糖量和抽穗前后干物质生产特性。结果:相关和通径分析表明,各时期干物重和含糖量与糖产量均呈极显著正相关,且前者对糖产量的直接和间接效应都较高。各指标对成熟期糖产量的正直接作用,由大到小排序为抽穗期干物重、抽穗期含糖量、抽穗后干物重所占比例和抽穗后含糖量。其中,抽穗期干物重对糖产量的直接通径系数与其简单相关系数接近,是影响糖产量的重要指标;抽穗期含糖量与此期干物重极显著正相关而表现与糖产量密切相关;抽穗后干物重所占比例与糖产量则极显著负相关,是由于其总间接负效应大于自身直接正效应。结论:奠定抽穗前高糖产量基础,增强抽穗后糖分积累能力,是甜高粱高产栽培的重要目标。

Title: Correlation between sugar content and individual sugar yield potential of 30 sweet sorghum varieties

Abstract: Objective: the difference of sugar yield per plant between different sweet sorghum varieties was discussed. The correlation between sugar yield at maturity with soluble sugar content and dry matter production at both heading and maturing stages was also analyzed. Methods: thirty sweet sorghum varieties from both domestic and overseas were grown in field experiment and under a lower density(15 000 plant穐a-1) condition to optimize plant development. Soluble sugar content and dry matter(including stem, leaves and sheath, ear) per plant were measured at both heading and maturing stages. Result: by both correlation analysis and path analysis it showed that the interrelationship between sugar yield(SY) with sugar content(SC) and dry matter(DM) was positive and significant, respectively. Further both the direct and indirect path coefficients were larger for the dry matter than for the sugar content. The direct effects contributed to the sugar yield at maturity from big to small were as followed: dry matter before heading(DMBH), sugar content before heading(SCBH), ratio of dry matter after heading(RDMAH) and sugar content after heading(SCAH). The direct path coefficient was roughly similar with the correlation coefficient for DMBH, indicating DMBH was an important trait affecting SY. Since SCBH had a highly correlation with DMBH, it finally presented a significantly positive effect on SY. SCAH was also vital because of its positive effect while its correlation ship with SY was negative(non significant). The relationship between SY and RDMAH was highly negative, mainly because its indirect effect through the two indices of SC and DM at heading stage were larger than its own direct value. Conclusions: therefore, the primary objective of obtaining high biomass, particularly increasing the production capability of both dry matter and sugar content before heading, maybe a vital and practical choice for breeding and cultivation of sweet sorghum varieties with higher sugar yield potential.
