石仙桃多糖的提取及抗氧化活性的研究

摘 要: 本文首次在研究不同提取条件对多糖提取率影响的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验优化石仙桃多糖的提取条件。得到石仙桃多糖的最佳提取条件为:浸提温度为80℃,浸提时间为5 h,料液比为1∶40。在此工艺条件下,石仙桃多糖的最佳提取率为2.25%。分别利用Fenton体系、邻苯三酚自氧化法产生·OH及·O2-,研究了石仙桃多糖的抗氧化活性。结果显示石仙桃多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性,抗氧化能力随浓度的增大而增强;粗多糖的清除自由基能力大于脱蛋白多糖,二者清除自由基的能力均大于或与VC相当。

Title: Extraction and antioxidant activities of polysaccharide from Pholidota chinensis Lindl

Abstract: The extraction of polysaccharide from Pholidota chinensis Lindl was studied by orthogonal experiment firstly. The best extraction condition of Pholidota chinensis Lindl polysaccharide was that: the time of extraction was 5 hours, the ratio of sample to water was 1∶40 and the temperature of extraction was 80℃. Under the best extraction conditions, the extraction efficiency of the polysaccharide of Pholidota chinensis Lindl was 2.25%. The effect on scavenging ·OH and ·O2- of Pholidota chinensis Lindl polysaccharide was studied by Fenton system and pyorgallol autoxidation method respectively. The results showed that: the Pholidota chinensis Lindl polysaccharide had a good anti-oxidantive ability; the ability increased along with the density; the crude polysaccharide�s ability was stronger than the purified polysaccharide�s, but their ability was all stronger than or equal to VC�s.
