一种高效的含孔缝腔体的FDTD建模方法

摘 要: 本文给出了一种高效的对于含孔缝腔体进行时域有限差分法(finite-difference time-domain,FDTD)数值建模的方法。传统的FDTD方法在进行高Q值腔体以及细小结构(如缝隙等)的建模方面存在困难。文章采用FDTD法对含孔缝腔体进行了数学建模,并通过引入人工衰减的方法对仿真进行加速。采用等效法对孔缝进行建模,降低了仿真的复杂度。文章将仿真结果与测试结果和有限元法的仿真结果进行了比较,证明该方法显著提高了仿真效率,并且结果仍稳定有效。利用该模型,对不同的屏蔽盒模型进行了仿真,仿真结果对屏蔽盒的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: This paper proposes an efficient method for analyzing enclosures with thin-slot on finite-difference time-domain(FDTD). The tranditional FDTD has some difficulties in modaling high-Q enclosures and tiny structures. FDTD is used to modeling the enclosures with thin-slot, and the acceleration technique of artificial losses is introduced to shorten the process of simulation. At the same time, thin-slot formulation(TSF) is used to reduce the complexity of modeling the slot. The simulation result is compared with the results of test and limit analysis. Then the efficient is enhanced sharply and the results are stable. This model is used in simulating some special cases of shielding enclosure, which has some instructions for enclosure design.
