柽柳中化学组分的初步分析

摘 要: 本文对柽柳中的植物化学成分进行了预实验,并做了定性分析。重点对糖、皂甙、鞣质、黄酮类物质、蛋白质、多肽类物质、氨基酸、生物碱类和蒽醌类、内酯、香豆素类等物质进行了分析,最后检测结果是柽柳枝中可能有糖、多糖和甙类,含有皂甙、鞣质、黄酮类物质;而蛋白质、多肽类、氨基酸、生物碱类和蒽醌类、内酯、香豆素类物质检测均为阴性。在检测出的柽柳所含的植物化学组分中,鞣质和黄酮类化合物都是天然抗氧化剂,有抗菌作用,其中黄酮类化合物还具有昆虫拒食活性;作为植物的化感物质,酚类和黄酮类可以通过影响细胞膜的透性,从而影响细胞的分裂和矿质离子的吸收(尤其是K+和Ca2+对植物的抗逆性有显著影响)来抑制或刺激植物的萌发和生长;而大多数皂甙极富吸湿性,这对于植物的抗旱保水可能会发挥作用,并且皂甙类物质也有抗氧化作用。以上结果显示,所检测出来的次生代谢物均有利于植物对不利环境的适应和在极端环境下的生长。

Title: Chemical analysis of chemical composition of Chinese Tamarisk

Abstract: The pre-experiment on plant chemical constituent from Chinese Tamarisk was established. Varietal identification and extraction and isolation on phenolic compounds were studied. The emphases were placed on sugar, glycosides, tannins, phenolic compounds, flavonoids, saponins, aminoacids, proteins, alkaloids, coumarin and anthraquinone. The result showed that sugar, glycosides, tannins and flavonoids were found in Chinese Tamarisk, and the sugar included reducing sugar, the glycosides included saponins. On the other hand, there were not found to be aminoacids, proteins, alkaloids, coumarin and anthraquinone in Chinese Tamarisk. According to the results, saponins and phenolic compounds are crude antioxygens and they can influence permeable membrane and the absorption of mineral ions(specially K+ and Ca2+). The result of extraction and isolation analysis further proved that plant chemical constituent are propitious to the growth of the plants.
