驱替过程中微生物及其代谢产物在孔隙中的浓度分布

摘 要: 本文提出了一个模拟微生物及其代谢产物在一个内壁粘附有微生物碳源的、有限长圆柱管状孔隙内运移的数学模型。模型考虑了微生物的生长、代谢产物的生成、化学趋向性、扩散和水流的作用,考察了微生物及其代谢产物的运移规律,特别是驱替速度对微生物和代谢产物浓度分布的影响。模型结果显示,在驱替过程中微生物和代谢产物在油水界面处的浓度高于孔隙中心处的浓度;在一定驱替速度范围内,孔隙中微生物和代谢产物的浓度都能够达到平衡;存在一个驱替速度临界值,此时油水界面上微生物的平衡浓度值最大,代谢产物的平衡浓度值最小;当驱替速度超过临界值时,微生物和代谢产物将完全被水流冲出孔隙。模型的预测结果将有助于理解微生物强化采油过程。

Title: Concentration profiles of microorganisms and their metabolites in a cylindrical pore during water flooding process

Abstract: The paper develops a mathematical model to simulate the transport of microorganism and their metabolite in a finite cylindrical pore with carbon source adhered to its inside surface. The model considers parameters as microbial growth, metabolite formation, chemotaxis, diffusion and water flooding, and focused on the transport mechanism of microorganism and metabolite, especially the influence of water flooding velocity on the concentration profiles of microorganism and metabolite. Model prediction shows that concentrations of microorganism and metabolite at the water-oil interface are higher than that in the pore center region; within a certain region of water flooding velocity, concentrations of microorganism and metabolite can reach to a set of equilibrium concentrations; there exists a critical water flooding velocity at which the maximum equilibrium concentration of microorganism and the minimum equilibrium concentration of metabolite at the oil-water interface are developed; microorganisms and metabolites will be rushed out of the cylindrical pore when the water flooding velocity exceed this critical velocity. Prediction obtained here may be helpful to understand the mechanism of microbial enhanced oil recovery.
