磁性分离技术原理及在蛋白质分离中的应用

摘 要: 生命科学的各个领域都离不开蛋白质的分离与纯化。目前已经有很多方法分离纯化蛋白质,但是普遍步骤繁琐、费用昂贵。单分散性磁性纳米粒子的合成使得磁性分离有可能成为一项可在粗制样品中分离生物活性物质的新兴技术。近来磁性分离纯化蛋白质技术受到广泛关注,这种技术通过使用细小的磁性粒子来完成。本文综述了蛋白质分离使用的各种磁性分离技术及其应用。

Title: Principles and applications of magnetic techniques for the isolation and purification of proteins

Abstract: Isolation and purification of proteins is required in almost all areas of biosciences and biotechnology. There are diverse procedures that can be used to achieve this goal up to now, but most of them are complicated and expensive. Recent successful syntheses of monodispersed magnetic nanoparticles has made the magnetic separation an emerging technology which can purify biological active compounds directly from crude samples. Recently, increased attention has been paid to the development and application of magnetic separation techniques, which employ small magnetic particles. The paper summarizes various methodologies, strategies and materials used in magnetic separation for target proteins.
