灰胸竹鸡解剖生理的初步研究

摘 要: 通过对24只成年灰胸竹鸡骨骼系统的解剖观察,并测定21只血液中与蛋白质、脂类代谢相关的生化参数。结果表明:雌性灰胸竹鸡的骨骼参数均显著大于雄性(P<0.05);雌性个体的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白水平及谷丙转氨酶活性均高于雄性(P>0.05),雌性的白蛋白/球蛋白比值却较雄性低;同样雌性个体的总胆红素、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量分别较雄性高8.33%,23.08%和15.38%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。提示雌性个体骨架大于雄性,相应血清蛋白质和脂肪代谢较雄性个体要强,为研究竹鸡机体的生物学特性和代谢规律提供了有价值的资料。

Title: Determination on skeleton and blood biochemistrical parameters of Bambusicola thoracica

Abstract: Twenty-four Bambusicola thoracica were used for skeleton system anatomy study and determination of blood biochemistrical parameters relating to protein and fat metabolism. The results showed that all the body skeleton parameters(except the No.2 metacarpus)of Bambusicola thoracica were significantly different (P<0.05). Also, the levels of total protein, albumin and globulin in female serum were higher than those of male, and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase was the same tendency too(P>0.05), whereas albumin/globulin in female serum was lower than that in male. The contents of total bilirubin, total cholesterol and triglycerides in female serum were 8.33%, 23.08%and 15.38% higher than those in male respectively, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The results indicated that the protein and lipoid metabolism were different in sexual distinction. It supplies the information for anatomy, metabolism and other studies in Bambusicola thoracica.
