甲壳动物抗菌肽研究现状及前景

摘 要: 抗菌肽是一种具有抗菌活性的生物短肽,广泛存在于生物界中,是动物非特异性免疫系统的重要组成部分。目前发现抗菌肽或类似抗菌肽的小分子肽类广泛存在于昆虫、两栖类、水产动物及哺乳动物中,这种内源性抗菌肽经诱导而合成,在机体抵抗病原的入侵方面起着重要的作用。甲壳动物抗菌肽的种类丰富,生化组成和分子结构多样,具有重要的研究价值和应用前景。本文主要介绍了甲壳动物抗菌肽的来源和种类、基因克隆和体外重组表达、合成和储存部位及表达调控等方面的研究概况,并分析了其在水产养殖中的应用前景及存在的问题,为研制抗菌肽药物或饲料添加剂提供理论基础。

Title: Current situation and prospects of antimicrobial peptide in crustaceans

Abstract: Antibacterial peptide is a kind of immunological active substance with antimicrobial defense, and is recognized as an important part of non-specific immune system for organism. At present,antibacterial peptides and some low molecular weight peptides are found in insect,amphibian,aquatic and mammalian. These endogenous antibacterial peptides are synthesized by inducement and exert important effect in resisting pathogens. Antibacterial peptides in aquatic crustaceans have great abundance and diversity in their variety, biochemical characterization and molecular structure, and have exhibited critical academic value and applied prospects. This paper mainly introduced the antibacterial peptides that have been discovered and reported in aquatic crustaceans,summarizing their origin and characterization, latest advances on gene cloning and gene expression control, applied prospects and the existing problems on aquaculture.
