LB技术在一维纳米结构组装中的应用

摘 要: 一维纳米材料由于其特有的尺度和维度具有多种优异性能,在许多重要领域,如纳米电子学、纳米光电子学、超高密度存储器等方面有着广阔的应用前景,因而,如何能有效地操纵和组装一维纳米材料,已成为纳米材料应用领域的关键问题之一。LB技术以其高致密性、厚度可控、结构可控等特点在纳米组装中被广泛采用,尤其是近来用于一维纳米结构的组装。本文对目前一维纳米结构的组装方法进行了简要概括,综述了LB技术在一维纳米结构组装中的应用,并对其今后的研究进行了展望。

Title: Application of Langmuir-Blodgett technique in assembly of one-dimensional nanostructure

Abstract: Because of their excellent characteristics depending on particular sizes and shapes, one-dimensional nanostructures have promising applications in many important fields such as nanoelectronics, nanooptoelectronics and ultrahigh density storage units. How to manipulate and assemble one-dimensional nanostructures efficiently is one of the crucial issues in nanotechnology. Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique has been widely used in nanostructure assembly because of its characteristics of high compactness and controllable thickness and structure, especially in recent one-dimensional (1D) nanostructure assembly. This paper briefly introduces the present 1D nanostructure assembling methods and summarizes the application of LB technique in assembling 1D nanostructure. The future research direction is also pointed out in this paper.
