铝片表面制备稳定超疏水聚合物薄膜

摘 要: 在引发剂作用下采用氮-氧活性自由基聚合法制备了官能团新颖的活性聚合物4-乙烯基苯并环丁烯和2,3,4,5,6-五氟苯乙烯无规共聚物。通过简单化学刻蚀的方法制得了表面粗糙的铝合金表面,以苯并环丁烯和五氟苯乙烯无规共聚物作为涂层,采用旋涂法在铝合金片基体上构造了超疏水表面。用扫描电子显微镜、接触角测定仪和多功能X射线光电子能谱仪等技术对超疏水表面进行了表征和分析。结果表明:涂层表面存在颗粒状粗糙岛状结构,聚合物薄膜的接触角达到156°.在高温下通过对薄膜热交联得到与基底结合牢固的超疏水表面,经过共聚物溶液甲苯浸泡1个月,依然保持超疏水性能。

Title: Robust superhydrophobic copolymer films on aluminum

Abstract: A random copolymer of 4-vinylbenzocyclobutene and 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorostyrene with a novel functional group has been synthesized using nitroxide mediated living radical polymerizations. The superhydrophobic layer composed of 4-vinylbenzocyclobutene and 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorostyrene random copolymer was spin-coated on the aluminum alloy surface which was pre-fabricated by chemical etching process. The superhydrophobic surface was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), optical contact angle meter and X-ray photo electron spectroscopy(XPS). It was found that the surface was configured in a coarse granular structure, and the contact angle on aluminum film reached 156� The binding of he superhydrophobic layer with the aluminum film was greatly enhanced by heat crosslinking, as demonstrated by the findings that superhydrophobic property of the aluminum film remained unchanged after being immersed in the toluene solution for a month.
