气动尖笔直写挤压过程分析

摘 要: 气动尖笔直写技术(pneumatic micro-tip direct writing, PMTDW)的原理是利用压缩气体提供动力,使管内的流体材料在压力的作用下沿芯轴输运,并从芯轴与管底端中心孔之间的间隙流出,通过芯轴尖端到达制定位置,成形精度由针尖决定。气动系统具有微动力、高柔性、易控制等优点,可以为尖笔直写提供近似于静压的压力。在对气动尖笔直写过程瞬态分析的基础上,应用Matlab的Simulink工具箱进行了仿真。仿真结果证明了该系统的启停响应在毫秒级,完全满足直写过程的实时响应要求。试验中采用气动尖笔直写技术得到了高精度的三维支架,证明了气动尖笔直写技术的可行性。

Abstract: Pneumatic micro-tip direct writing (PMTDW) uses compressed gas as the driving force of the material. The fluid in the nozzle flows slowly at the push of the pressure and through the slot, and then deposits on the platform. MTDW is an innovative RP technique which guarantees a high deposition position and a minor material unit. The pneumatic driving method holds features of high flexibility and easy control, and is a promising way to provide a delicate control way. This paper builds a mathematic mold of the transient analysis of pressure transfer process, and uses the Simulink toolbox of Matlab to analyze the process. The results show that the transient process responses in tens of millisecond, which meets the need of PMTDW. The experiment shows that pneumatic control leads to a good control in the direct writing process.
