变高压作用下金属铝凝固过程温度场的计算机模拟

摘 要: 压力是影响金属凝固过程温度场变化的重要参数之一,本文采用数值模拟的方法,研究了纯铝在变高压(>1 GPa)作用下温度场的变化规律,分析了压力与金属熔点的关系,由此将压力作用引入到凝固过程的温度场上,然后建立了温度场的数学模型,并针对压力不断增加的压力变化方式对Al凝固过程的温度场进行了模拟。结果表明:加压速度越大,从浇注到完全凝固所需时间越短;0~50 MPa/s的加压速度是控制金属铝凝固过程的合适加压速度范围。

Title: Numerical simulation of temperature fields during Al solidification process under dynamic high pressure

Abstract: Pressure is one of the important parameters effecting on temperature fields during solidification process. This paper studies the temperature fields during metal Al solidification process under dynamic high pressure (the maximum pressure is more than 1 GPa) using numerical simulation method. The relationship between pressure and melting point is analyzed, which creates a way introducing pressure in temperature fields, and then a model of temperature fields is presented. The simulation results show that completely solidified time is short at big increased speed value of pressure, and increased speed of pressure is more suitable to change solidification process and temperature field when it is in 0~50 MPa/s.
