原位合成TiC/7075复合材料耐盐雾腐蚀性能研究

摘 要: 采用熔铸-原位合成法制备了8%(质量分数)TiC/7075复合材料,并对其耐盐雾腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明:1) 7075和TiC/7075两者的极化曲线相似,TiC颗粒的生成并未明显地改变7075铝合金的极化行为。原位合成质量分数为8%TiC/7075复合材料的极化曲线较之基体合金稍向负方向移动(0.036 V),自腐蚀电流密度稍高于基体合金,导致材料的腐蚀速率略微提高。2) 连续盐雾腐蚀192 h后,TiC/7075复合材料的腐蚀失重稍高于7075铝合金,原因一是TiC颗粒破坏了材料表面Al2O3膜的完整性,加速了点蚀;二是TiC颗粒/基体界面的大量存在增加了缝隙腐蚀的机率。

Title: Study of salt spray corrosive properties of TiC/7075 composite prepared by melt in-situ synthesis

Abstract: The TiC/7075 composites were synthesized by melt in-situ reaction method and the corrosive behavior of the composites were studied. The results have shown that: 1) The polarization curves of 7075 alloy and TiC/7075 composites were similar, suggesting that no significant change of the polarization behavior in the materials was found. However, the polarization curve of 8% TiC/7075 composites was found to move -0.036 V, and the corrosion current density was slightly higher comparing with the matrix alloy. It might increase the corrosion rate slightly. 2) The weight loss of TiC/7075 composites was higher than that of 7075 aluminum alloy after continuous salt spray corrosion for 192 h. The reasons of TiC/7075 composites with more serious corrosion were as follows: firstly, the TiC particles undermined the integrity of Al2O3 films, which accelerated the pitting; secondly, a number of TiC/matrix interfaces were formed in the composites, which increased the probability of crevice corrosion.
