多孔SO2-4/TiO2型固体酸的表征及其催化性能

摘 要: 通过稀硫酸浸出机械活化的天然钛铁矿过程中耦合的水解反应,可以方便地制备出多孔结构的SO2-4/TiO2型固体酸催化剂。采用EDX,FTIR,N2吸附-脱附以及Hammett表面酸量测定等技术对其进行表征。结果表明:未经煅烧处理,该催化剂中的SO2-4 即以螯合配位的形式与基体结合,这可能是由于活化钛铁矿快速酸解释放的反应热提供了键合所需要的能量;当煅烧温度≥400℃时,可以得到固体超强酸催化剂。以乙酸与乙醇的液相酯化反应为目标反应,发现该固体酸可以很好地催化其反应,在80℃下反应4 h即可达到平衡转化率;同时,该固体酸催化剂亦具有较好的循环使用性能。

Title: Characterization of porous SO2-4/TiO2 solid acid and its catalytic performance

Abstract: A SO2-4/TiO2 solid acid catalyst with porous structure was prepared by the concurrent hydrolysis during leaching the mechanically activated natural ilmenite with dilute H2SO4. The catalyst was characterized by EDX, FTIR, nitrogen adsorption-desorption and Hammett surface acid measurements. The results showed that the SO2-4 contained in the catalyst coordinated to the base material in the form of chelate complex even without being subjected to calcination treatment. This is possibly due to the coordination occurring in the preparation process with the aid of reaction heat released during the rapid decomposition of activated ilmenite. With calcination temperature higher than 400℃, a solid superacid catalyst was obtained. The solid acid well catalyzed the esterification of acetic acid with ethanol. The equilibrium conversion of acetic acid was achieved in 4 h of reaction at 80℃. Besides, the solid acid catalyst also exhibited good recycle performance.
