掺杂CeO2对BaSrTiO3介质瓷性能的影响

| 摘 要： | 以BaCO3，SrCO3和TiO2等为原料，CeO2为掺杂剂，在不同温度下烧结，制得了Ba0.92Sr0.08TiO3系介质瓷，用Automatic LCR Meter 4225测试了在1 kHz条件下试样的电容量C和介质损耗因数D，并测试了在-25℃～+125℃试样的C和tanδ，得到了试样的居里温度Tc及εr和tanδ随温度的变化曲线。结果表明：在室温下，试样的相对介电常数εr随着CeO2含量的增加，呈现先增大后减小的趋势，而tanδ随着CeO2含量的增加，则呈现先减小后增大的趋势；在不同烧结温度下得到的εr及tanδ，则发现随着温度的升高εr呈上升趋势，而tanδ呈下降趋势。最终得到在1 340℃下烧结CeO2的摩尔分数为0.75％的BaSrTiO3介质瓷性能最佳，εr最大值为3 001.4，tanδ最小值为5.4×10-3，介电常数变化率为37.56%( 25℃～85℃). |

| Abstract： | Ba0.92Sr0.08TiO3 ceramics were prepared using BaCO3, SrCO3 and TiO2 etc. as raw materials, CeO2 as dopant. The capacitance C and dielectric loss factor D of the samples were measured with Automatic LCR Meter 4225 under 1 kHz condition, and C, tanδ were also obtained from -25℃ to +125℃ through those measurements. Some properties of the samples, such as the Curie temperature and the variable rate of the relative dielectric constant and tanδ with different temperature were acquired. The results showed that the relative dielectric constant of the samples reached the maximum value at 0.75% CeO2 and decreased above 0.75% CeO2; tanδ first decreased then increased with increasing amount of doped CeO2, and reached the minimum value at 0.75% CeO2. It is also found that εr increased and tanδ decreased when sintering temperature increased εr, tanδ and Δε/ε showed the optimum values of 3 001.4, 5.4×10-3 and 37.56%( 25℃ to 85℃) at 0.75% Ce4+-doped under 1 340℃ sintering temperature respectively. |
