组成对La2NiO4+δ-La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ复合阴极材料导电性能与热膨胀性能的影响

摘 要: | 本文选择La2NiO4+δ与La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ为组元,设计并制备出(质量分数)(100-x)% La2NiO4+δ+x% La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(x=10,30,50)复合体系阴极材料,研究了组成对复合体系阴极材料导电性能与热膨胀性能的影响。研究结果表明:复合阴极在1 450℃烧结4 h无明显化学反应,说明两组元具有良好的化学相容性。随着La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ组元相对含量的增加,复合体系陶瓷样品的总电导率提高、热膨胀系数增大。x=30的组成样品具有较优良的综合性能:在中温(600℃~800℃)范围内,总电导率介于100.2~101.0 S·cm-1之间,平均热膨胀系数为1.44×10-5 K-1. |

Abstract: | In this paper, (100-x)%La2NiO4+δ-x% La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(x=10, 30, 50) composite cathodes were designed and prepared with the La2NiO4+δ and La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ as the two components. The effects of composition on the structure, chemical stability, conducting properties and thermal expansion behaviors of the composite cathodes were investigated. The results indicated that the XRD peaks of the composites could be assigned to those of the two end members, respectively. No significant solid state reaction product was detected between the two components during the annealing, demonstrating an acceptable chemical compatibility for the La2NiO4+δ and La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ. It was found that increasing the relative content of La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ resulted in a rise of electrical conductivity and an increase of thermal expansion coefficient (TEC). The composition of x=30 exhibited electrical conductivities above 100 S·cm-1 in the temperature range of 600℃~800℃ and a TEC of 1.44×10-5 K-1 averaged between 100℃~730 ℃. |
