高性能聚苯乙烯颗粒外保温砂浆配制与性能研究

摘 要: 实施建筑节能必须大幅度提高外围护结构,尤其是外墙的热工性能。保温砂浆具有热工性能好、施工方便、可以通过改变保温砂浆容重和厚度调节墙体热阻、工程造价低的特点,是建筑节能拟采取的主要节能措施之一。利用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(ellular poly slyrene, EPS)具有热阻大、耐碱蚀、化学稳定性好、韧性高等特点,作为轻集料配制外保温砂浆,实验研究了偶联剂、可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚、聚丙烯纤维和有机硅防水剂对EPS保温砂浆性能的影响。利用偶联剂和粘结剂的双重作用对EPS颗粒进行改性,采用纤维、聚合物增韧等综合技术配制成的EPS保温砂浆,工作性、热工性及抗裂性优良,已在建筑工程中大规模应用。

Abstract: The implementation of building energy-saving must be a substantial increase on the thermal insulation properties of outer building envelope, especially the external walls. Insulation mortar is to be taken as one of the major energy-saving measures because of its thermal insulation properties, convenient construction, low cost and can adjust the thermal resistance of wall with changing the density and thickness of insulation mortar. Insulation mortar was prepared by full use of the characteristics of EPS such as high thermal insulation resistance, good alkali resistance, excellent chemical stability, hydrophobic and close pore structure, and relatively high toughness. The influences of coupling agent, redispersible latex powder, cellulose ether, polypropylene fiber and silicone waterproofing agent on the properties of EPS thermal insulation mortar were studied in this paper. The EPS thermal insulation mortar with good properties of workability, thermal insulation, crack-resisting can be made from original EPS as light aggregate using the double effect of binder and coupling agent and the technique of fiber and polymer toughening. It has been widely used in civil engineering.
