铂层的相对位置对TiO2薄膜结构与性能的影响

摘 要: | 通过溶胶-凝胶法结合蒸涂法制备了铂层位于不同位置的掺铂二氧化钛体系(TiO2/Pt/TiO2, TiO2/TiO2/Pt和Pt/TiO2/TiO2薄膜)。薄膜的紫外-可见光光谱表明:TiO2/Pt/TiO2薄膜的光吸收曲线红移了30 nm,其在波长小于670 nm的可见光范围内都有吸收。扫描结果表明:3种薄膜中TiO2颗粒形状有所差异,在夹层式TiO2/Pt/TiO2薄膜中,颗粒尺寸较均匀,大小在20~40 nm之间;TiO2/TiO2/Pt薄膜表面颗粒聚集较严重;而Pt/TiO2/TiO2薄膜中颗粒大小不均,部分颗粒长大现象较严重。横截面图像表明:复合薄膜总厚度约为160 nm.透射电镜结果表明:在热处理过程中,均匀蒸涂于TiO2溶胶表面的铂原子通过热扩散聚集成与基体尺寸相当的铂团簇,平均尺寸在20~40 nm之间。选区电子衍射分析表明:夹层式复合薄膜由金属铂和锐钛矿型TiO2构成。薄膜的可见光光催化活性通过可见光照射降解甲基蓝溶液的实验测得。结果表明:照射2 h 后TiO2/Pt/TiO2对甲基蓝溶液的降解率达到了47.35%. |

Abstract: | Different Pt-doped TiO2 thin films (TiO2/Pt/TiO2, TiO2/TiO2/Pt and Pt/TiO2/TiO2 film) were obtained by sol-gel method combined with sputtering. The optical absorbance properties of all films were examined by UV-VIS spectrometer. The results show that the absorbance curve of TiO2/Pt/TiO2 composite film redshifted by 30 nm. Its absorbance curve expanded even up to 670 nm. The SEM results show that there existed a difference in the morphologies and size distribution of three kinds of films. The average size of particles in sandwich-like TiO2/Pt/TiO2 composite film was within the range of 20~40 nm. While particles in TiO2/TiO2/Pt film seemed to be congregating and in Pt/TiO2/TiO2 film the average particle size was much bigger, some particles grew very big. The cross-section morphology result shows that the whole thickness of TPT film was 160 nm. The TEM and electron diffraction analysis show that the deposited Pt aggregated into 20~40 nm granules. The TiO2 was in the form of anatase phase after heat treatment. The photocatalytic properties of all films were tested by degrading methyl blue under visible light illumination. The degradation rate for methyl blue of TiO2/Pt/TiO2 composite film after 2 h is 47.35%. |
