氨基硫脲型树脂的合成及吸附性能研究

摘 要: 用环氧氯丙烷与硫脲反应合成环硫氯丙烷,然后在碱性条件下与氨基硫脲反应,通过控制投料比合成3种不同的螯合树脂PSN1,PSN2,PSN3,并通过元素分析以及红外光谱对合成的树脂进行了初步表征。 研究了这3种树脂对Zn(Ⅱ),Hg(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Ag(Ⅰ)4种金属离子的吸附性能和吸附率,并研究这3种树脂对Ag(Ⅰ)的吸附速率,结果表明:在稀溶液中树脂对Ag(Ⅰ)的吸附符合Langmuir单分子层吸附。

Title: Syntheses and adsorption properties of thiosemicarbazide type chelating resins

Abstract: In this paper, several chelating resins were prepared by the reaction of chloromethylthiirane and thiosemicarbazide in alkaline condition, and their structures were characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. Their adsorption properties and adsorption efficiency towards Zn(Ⅱ), Hg(Ⅱ), Pb(Ⅱ) and Ag(Ⅰ) were investigated in detail. Their adsorption rate towards Ag(Ⅰ) was also researched. The result shows that the adsorption isotherms of chelating resins towards Ag(Ⅰ) in a dilute solution approximately fit the Langmuir equation.
