NiTi合金表面HA/BMP复合涂层的制备

摘 要: | 将预处理后的镍钛(NiTi)合金浸入添加骨形态发生蛋白(done morphogenetic protein, BMP)的模拟体液中,使钙磷盐和骨形态发生蛋白共沉积到合金表面,制备生物活性涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy, SEM),X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffraction,XRD),红外线分光镜(infrared spectrosccpy, IR),X射线光电子能增(X-ary photoelectron spectroscopy, XPS)和透射电子显微镜(transmission electron micrgcope, TEM)等分析手段对涂层进行表征。结果表明:BMP 浓度为10~100 mg/L时对涂层网状结构生成有促进作用,BMP和钙磷盐通过化学作用共沉积到基体表面。 |

Abstract: | The study is mainly attributed to form composite coatings on the surface of NiTi alloy by adding bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) into modified simulated body fluid (MSBF). The coatings were analyzed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The results indicated that the adding of BMP would promote the coating formation. BMP and hydroxyapatite were incorporated in the coatings by chemical reaction. |
