铝-镁复合铸造界面温度模拟分析

摘 要: 为了克服镁合金的缺点,充分发挥其重量轻的优势,用铸造法使镁合金和铝合金复合。界面温度对复合铸造界面的结合质量至关重要,温度过高或过低均不利于界面结合。本文用MAGMA 软件模拟了镁合金和铝合金复合铸造界面温度。结果表明:镶铸块“端部效应”对其表面的最高温度有所影响,可用误差因子表示这种影响;界面的最高温度随镶铸块与铸件的模数比增加而提高;在相同模数比时,镶铸块和铸件的绝对尺寸增加,镶铸块表面温度略有升高;金属型铸造时镶铸块的表面温度低于砂型铸造时镶铸块的表面温度。

Title: Simulation of interface temperature of the Al-Mg bimetal casting

Abstract: The interface temperature of bimetal casting is essential to its binding quality. The bimetal casting process of magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy is simulated with help of MAGMA soft, and the highest temperature on the insert surface is given. It is indicated that the highest temperature of insert surface varies with modulus ratio, and at the same modulus ratio,the temperature has a little rising with the increase of casting size. It is also shown that the surface temperature of the insert in sand mold is higher than in permanent mould.
