针刺诱导c-Fos蛋白在形觉剥夺猫视皮质内表达的研究

摘 要: 目的:探讨针刺后c-Fos蛋白在形觉剥夺性弱视猫视皮质中的表达。方法:缝合4周龄幼猫双侧眼睑,建立双眼形觉剥夺性弱视模型,形觉剥夺模型组8只,针刺治疗组8只。取材后对两组视皮质组织进行c-Fos蛋白免疫组化染色,并对染色结果进行计算机图像分析。结果:弱视针刺组视皮质表达c-Fos蛋白阳性神经元显著多于模型组(P<0�05)。结论:针刺能够增加形觉剥夺后视皮质内c-Fos蛋白表达,提示对视觉系统神经元可塑性变化有调节作用。

Title: Effects of acupuncture on c-Fos protein in the visual cortex of form deprivation amblyopia cats

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of acupuncture on c-Fos protein in the visual cortex of form deprivation amblyopia cats. Methods: Sutured bilateral eyelids of 4-week-old kittens to establish binocular form deprivation amblyopia model, divided into the form deprivation model group (n=8) and the acupuncture treatment group (n=8). Treated the visual cortex tissues of the two groups with c-Fos protein immunohistochemical staining, the staining results were analyzed by computer image. Results: The visual cortex expression c-Fos positive neurons of amblyopia acupuncture group were significantly more than the model group (P<0�05). Conclusion: The results suggested that acupuncture can regulate neurons plasticity changes in the visual system.
