四川汶川震后建筑垃圾的估算和再利用途径探讨

摘 要: 地震后会产生大量建筑垃圾,如果能够对震区建筑垃圾的量进行科学合理的估计,就可以为重建规划提供有利帮助。卫星遥感技术具有视域大、全天候等特性,在灾情评估方面具有独特的优势。本文介绍了以卫星遥感数据为基准的估算汶川地震后产生的建筑垃圾总量的方法,估算结果表明:该方法具有及时、全面的特点。并结合国内外建筑垃圾的研究成果和处理经验,探讨了适合我国建筑垃圾的再利用途径。

Title: Estimating building waste after Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan and discussion on recycling way

Abstract: A huge amount of building waste was left after earthquake. Rebuilding plan after earthquake could be more easily formulated if an accurate amount of building waste was available. The broad view of satellite remote sensing technology and its characteristics of all-weather make it have unique advantages in disasters evaluation. This paper presents an estimating method based on satellite remote sensing technology. Result of the case study shows that the method is timely and comprehensive. According to some positive results and experience at home and abroad in studying and reutilizing building waste, some recycling ways on building waste are introduced.
