有机鞣性模块及其鞣性研究

摘 要: | 选用4种多酚物质(聚儿茶素、对苯二酚、间苯二酚、邻苯三酚)和3种醛鞣剂(四羟甲基硫酸磷、戊二醛、VA唑烷)配合使用形成一种具有鞣性的模块——Tanning Matrices,将各组合的结合鞣与各Tanning Matrix鞣制对皮粉收缩温度的提高作对比。试验证明了这些Tanning Matrices因其自身高的热稳定性而能提高皮粉的收缩温度。 |

Abstract: | Four polyphenols (polycatechin, quinol, resorcinol and pyrogallol) and three aldehyde tanning agents (THPS, glutaraldehyde and oxazolidine) were introduced into the research to produce a sort of Tanning Matrices. These Tanning Matrices and relevant combination tannages were used to treat with hide powder, respectively, in order to compare the shrinkage temperature of tanned hide powder. The results confirmed that the existence of Tanning Matrix and its high heat-resistance stability would contribute to the high shrinkage temperature of hide powder. |
