人工模拟堆石料的颗粒破碎率试验研究

摘 要: | 天然堆石料的颗粒破碎率不易准确测量。对一种人工模拟堆石料进行了系列的颗粒破碎三轴试验研究,并对试验后试样颗粒破碎的情况进行了详细筛分和统计。发现颗粒破碎后可区分为残缺颗粒和完全破碎颗粒两种类型,两者的质量百分数存在幂函数关系。以颗分曲线为基础的颗粒破碎率指标不能考虑残缺破碎颗粒的影响,但同总体的体积破碎率存在对应关系,仍可以作为颗粒破碎的影响参量使用,而已有单一粒径破碎指标的局限性较大。 |

Abstract: | It is difficult to measure the particle breakage ratio of natural rockfill materials precisely, so a series of triaxial tests on artificial simulated rockfill materials were performed and the particle breakage situation of samples after tests was sieved in detail and statistically analyzed. The test results show that fragmentary particle and completely cracked particle can be distinguished after particle crushed and the relationship between their mass percentages exists a power function. Although the influence of the fragmentary particle can’t be considered, the particle breakage ratio index based on the grain-size distribution curve is also used as a parameter of particle breakage, but the single grain-size breakage index has severe limitation. |
