基于统计平均算法的管道类系统相关失效可靠性模型

摘 要: 提出了一种评估管道类连续系统可靠性的方法。将管道类连续系统离散成单元并当作串联系统看待,重点讨论了管道类连续系统强度分散性的影响因素,即材料自身的不均匀性和材料质量的不稳定性,应用最小次序统计量建立了系统层的串连系统相关失效可靠性模型。其次,基于统计平均的思想建立了考虑强度二重分散性的管道类系统的可靠性模型,能够反映单元间的相关失效的影响,并应用Monte Carlo方法对所建立的模型进行了仿真验证。最后,建立了强度退化情况下管道类系统的动态可靠性模型,模拟了系统可靠度随时间的变化规律。

Title: Dependent failure reliability model of pipeline system based on statistics average algorithm

Abstract: This paper presents a method to evaluate the pipeline reliability of continuous system. The pipeline is considered as series system behind dividing the system into segments, two influence factors of material strength dispersion of pipeline are discussed, such as material inhomogeneity and material quality instability, and dependent failure reliability model of series system is analyzed based on minimal sequence statistics model. Next, the reliability model of pipeline is presented, which reflects the failure dependent of segments and influence factors of material strength dispersion based on statistical average idea, and is validated by Monte Carlo. Last, the dynamic reliability model of pipeline system is also proposed considering strength degradation with time, and the change law of system reliability is simulated.
