盘形高速磨削砂轮系统平衡精度研究

摘 要: 盘形高速砂轮系统的不平衡离心力对加工系统的安全性和加工质量影响很大,它不仅使机床主轴及支撑单元受到方向不断变化的径向力作用而加速失效,还会引起机床振动,降低加工精度和砂轮的耐用度,甚至可能造成安全事故。对高速转子平衡精度和等级及其对磨削性能的影响进行了理论分析,并深入讨论了超高速砂轮系统的不平衡因素,研究了超高速砂轮系统平衡精度的评价与选择方法,分析讨论了盘形高速和超高速磨削砂轮动平衡技术的原理和意义。

Title: Study on balance precision of high speed grinding wheel system

Abstract: There is a heavy effect of the unbalanced centrifugal force on the safety and processing quality of high speed grinding wheel system. The alternating radial force can not only push the spindle and bearings failure, but also generate the grinder vibration, decrease the machining precision and wheel life, even cause safety accidents. This paper analyzed the balance precision and grade of high speed grinding wheel and its effect on grinding performance analyzed. The unbalance causes of high and super high speed grinding wheel were discussed too. The evaluation and selection for the balance precision of high and super high speed grinding wheel were studied. Furthermore, the paper analyzed the principle and significance of dynamic balancing technology of high and super high grinding wheel.
