基于虚拟终端的拖拉机电液悬挂系统控制器研制

摘 要: 针对前期完成的电液改装铁牛654拖拉机液压悬挂装置,研制了一套基于虚拟终端的拖拉机电液悬挂系统控制器。该控制器按照农林机械串行网络通讯协议(ISO 11783)的第6部分虚拟终端(Part6: Virtual Terminal)有关规定设计。悬挂控制系统根据输入的控制指令和反馈传感器检测到的信号差值,包括耕深、牵引力等,通过相应的控制算法计算出输出信号,控制电磁阀通断实现农具的升降。硬件部分采用了带有256 KB的高速嵌入式片内Flash存储器的32 bit微控制器(ARM7 LPC2292)作为核心,由信号采集模块、电磁阀驱动模块、输入与LCD显示模块、电源模块、复位模块和时钟模块等组成。软件部分主要包括对象池的建立与传输、信息显示、输入控制等。

Title: Development of tractor electronic hydraulic hitch system controller based on virtual terminal

Abstract: Based on the modified TN645 model tractor, this paper developed an electronic hydraulic hitch system controller which was based on virtual terminal. This controller was designed according to the machinery for agriculture and forestry serial control and communications data network (ISO 11783) part 6: virtual terminal. The upward and downward movement of the farming tools can be realized by the switch mode of electromagnetic valve, which is controlled by corresponding output signal calculated by control algorithms of the hitch control system, according to the incoming control message and the value difference of the signal detected by the feedback sensor including ploughing depth and traction force. A 32 bit embedded micro controller (ARM7 LPC2292) which contained 256 KB high speed Flash was used as the core control unit. The hardware included signal input, valve driving, LCD display, operator input control, power module, reset module, clock module and so on. The software included creating and transfer of the object pool, message display, operator input control and so forth.
