基于ARM与MCX314As的嵌入式数控系统设计

摘 要: 提出了一种新的基于ARM与MCX314As的嵌入式4轴数控系统的设计。该设计采用主从式体系结构,以ARM处理器S3C2410为主CPU,运动控制芯片MCX314As为从CPU. 专业运动控制芯片MCX314As的控制方法十分简单,它的使用简化了数控应用程序的设计,能够实现4轴三联动的直线插补和圆弧插补。软件平台采用开放源代码的实时Linux操作系统,使得系统能够很好地进行多任务处理,保证了运动控制的实时性。

Abstract: This paper introduces a new design for four axes embedded numerical control system based on ARM and MCX314As. The master-slave architecture is adopted in this design, ARM is main CPU, and the motion control chip MCX314As is subordinative CPU. The controlling method of MCX314As is very simple. It simplifies the design of the applications and can achieve the linear and circular interpolation of three linkages in four axes. The real-time Linux operation system is employed in the software platform, which can be good at dealing with multitask and ensure the real time performance of motion controlling.
