以激光为背光的高速摄像系统光路分析

摘 要: 研究熔化极气体保护焊熔滴过渡的实验手段有示波法和高速摄像法两种,高速摄像法直接有效,已被研究工作者广泛采用。激光为单一波长的平行光,利用激光作为背光源的高速摄像系统是研究焊接电弧物理现象的一种有效测试手段。建立了一套直线式以激光为背光的高速摄像装置,阐明了它的工作原理和结构。在实验中,激光光路的调节是比较重要的环节。利用物理学中的光学知识分析光路,提出了改进光路的方法,可以获得比较理想的电弧形态和熔滴过渡照片,其结论对熔化极电弧焊熔滴过渡过程的高速摄像技术有较高的参考价值。本装置适用于焊接电弧物理研究及其他类似过程的研究。

Title: Optical circuit analysis on high-speed camera system using laser as background light

Abstract: The wave and high-speed camera analysis are main experimental methods used to investigate metal transfer in MIG/MAG welding. The high-speed camera analysis has been widely applied because of its directness and availability. Laser is a single wavelength parallel light which is also used as background light in high-speed camera system. This high-speed camera system is an effective test technology to research arc physical phenomena. A linear high-speed camera device with laser as background light has been investigated. It is an important link to adjust laser circuit. Optical knowledge was used to analyze the circuit and improve it so as to get better images of arc shape and metal transfer. The conclusions provide with high reference value on the technique of high-speed camera recording for metal transfer process of arc welding with consumable electrode. This device is applicable to studying welding arc physics and other similar process.
