一株纤维素降解真菌的筛选及其降解条件的初步研究

摘 要: 从长沙宁乡灰汤温泉附近的水样中分离获得1株具有较强纤维素降解能力的菌株,命名为NX1-1,该菌株最适生长温度为40℃,最适生长pH5�0~pH8�0�菌株形态学以及ITS rDNA和28 S rDNA D1/D2序列分析的鉴定结果表明:该菌株属于Aspergillus fumigatus种。对该菌株产酶特性进行了初步研究,最适产酶条件为:氮源(NH4)2SO4,接种量10%,40℃,初始pH6�0,培养60~96 h�

Title: Screening and characterization of cellulose-producing Aspergillus fumigatus NX1-1

Abstract: A cellulose-producing strain named NX1-1 was isolated from environmental samples collected from hot springs of Ningxiang County, Hunan Province, China. The optimum temperature for growth was 40℃ and the optimum pH was 5.0~8.0. The cell shape suggested that strain NX1-1 was likely a strain of Aspergillus fumigatus. Furthermore, a phylogenetic analysis based on ITS rDNA and 28 S rDNA D1/D2 sequences showed that the strain NX1-1 should be classified into the species Aspergillus fumigatus. The most suitable conditions for the cellulose production were: inorganic nitrogen source (NH4)2SO4, 10% of inoculation, 40℃, initial pH6.0, culturing for 60~96 h.
