稻瘟病菌一个假定的GPCR基因功能分析

摘 要: | 对稻瘟病菌基因组中一个假定的GPCR基因Mgg_05072.5进行了生物信息学和分子遗传学初步分析。结果表明:该GPCR基因所编码的蛋白具有7个跨膜结构域,可能定位在细胞膜上。经基因敲除表明:敲除突变体的产孢量比野生型的显著增加,但是其生长速度、致病性等与野生的无明显差异。结果有助于进一步了解GPCRs在稻瘟病菌生长发育、侵染致病过程中的作用。 |

Abstract: | This study applied bioinformatics and molecular genetics approaches to study the function of a putative GPCR gene Mgg_05072.5 in Magnaporthe grisea. Bioinformatics analysis showed that the gene encodes a protein with seven transmembrance domains. A constant increase of conidiation was observed in gene knock-out mutant ΔMgg_05072-2 when compared to wild-type strain. However, the mutant was not affected in growth rate and pathogenicity. The results will facilitate further characterization of GPCR function in the fungal growth, development and pathogenesis. |
