镁离子对香石竹切花保鲜效果的研究

摘 要: 以香石竹切花为试验材料,比较了不同镁盐(MgCl2和MgSO4)对香石竹切花花径、观赏寿命、鲜重等外观形态指标及蒸腾量、吸水量、花青素含量、可溶性蛋白、质膜透性、可溶性糖、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)活性等生理指标的影响。结果表明:100 mg/L MgCl2和100 mg/L MgSO4可有效促进切花鲜重的增加与花茎的增大。与蒸馏水对照相比,两种盐溶液可分别将其观赏寿命延长6 d;同时100 mg/L MgCl2和100 mg/L MgSO4处理的切花与对照相比可有效促使切花吸水量增加和失水量减少、缓解花瓣质膜透性的增大、降低可溶性蛋白与花青素的降解、维持细胞中较高的可溶性糖浓度及保持SOD酶活性。

Title: Effects of magnesium on the preservation of carnation cut flowers

Abstract: This experiment used carnation cut flowers as plant materials and compared effects of two kinds of Magnesium salts (MgCl2 and MgSO4) on the appearance indexes including fresh weight, vase life and maximum diameter together with the physiology indexes including absorbent water weight, transpired water weight, soluble protein weight, soluble sugar weight, cyanine concentration, conductive permeability and SOD activity. The results showed that the treatment of 100 mg/L MgCl2 and 100 mg/L MgSO4 could promote the fresh weight increase and the maximum diameter effectively, and these two kinds of salts could lengthen the ornamental lives of the carnation cut flowers 6 days longer than the distilled water controls did separately. On the other hand, compared with the controls, the 100 mg/L MgCl2 and 100 mg/L MgSO4 inhibited the increase of the protoplasmic membrane penetrability of the flower petal as well as reduce of the degradations of the soluble protein and cyanine. Meanwhile, an increase of the SOD activity was observed in the treated carnation cut flowers.
