汾河河津段湿地植被物种多样性研究

摘 要: 在野外调查的基础上,应用双向指示种分析(two-way indicator species analysis, TWINSPAN)方法将汾河河津段湿地43个样方的植被分为7个群丛。应用丰富度指数(R0),Simpson指数(λ),Shannon-Weiner指数(H′),均匀度指数(E1和E2)分别研究了7个群丛的植物多样性,并用方差分析研究了各群落之间多样性指数的差异程度。结果表明:群丛1与群丛3、群丛5丰富度指数差异显著,原因是群丛1优势种的优势较为明显,导致群丛1的丰富度指数低;群丛1与群丛3,群丛4,群丛6的多样性指数差异显著,原因是群丛1中物种相对单一,导致群丛1多样性指数低;群丛的异质性导致群丛种类组成和结构的差异。

Abstract: Based on the investigation from the field, the 43 plots of the plant communities from the wetland vegetation in Hejin Section, Fen River watershed, Shanxi were divided into 7 Associations by using TWINSPAN. The species diversity of the 7 Associations was analyzed by richness index(Ro), Simpson index(λ), Shannon-Weiner index(H′) and evenness index(E1 and E2), respectively. The results showed that whether the difference of the diversity index among those associations was significant or not by ANOVA. The reasons for the significant differences between Association 1, Association 3 and Association 5 were that some dominant populations had competitive ability than some others so that the richness index of Association 1 relatively low; the significant differences among Association 1, and Association 3, Association 4, Association 6 were because that species in Association 1 were less so that the diversity index was lower. The heterogeneity among all associations led to the different types and structures of the communities.
