不同运动强度和方式对肾细胞凋亡的影响

摘 要: 采用文献法对运动引起的肾细胞凋亡、发生机制及其常用干预手段作一综述。适宜强度的训练通常能对肾脏产生保护作用,而强度较大的力竭运动或过度训练能诱导肾脏细胞凋亡,并常伴随蛋白尿的产生,负荷过大时能直接引起细胞坏死。其发生机制与运动时肾脏局部组织缺血缺氧有关,细胞内自由基增多,钙离子失衡,细胞色素C(cytochrome C, cyto C)释放,NO大量生成,P53和Bax等促凋亡基因表达上调,从而导致细胞凋亡。目前用来减少细胞凋亡的方式除了调节运动方式和强度外,常用一些抗氧化剂药物,如莨菪碱类、褪黑激素等。探讨运动状态下的肾细胞凋亡对于揭示细胞凋亡与运动性疲劳之间的关系,为运动训练提供科学的理论依据,以及预防和治疗急慢性肾损伤有重要的实际意义。

Title: The effects of different exercise intensities and modes on kidney apoptosis

Abstract: This paper summarizes the kidney apoptosis caused by exercise and its mechanism and common interference means. Exercise with appropriate intensity commonly protects the kidney, but exhausting exercise with high intensity can induce kidney apoptosis as well as produce albuminuria, and directly cause cytoclasis if the load is too high. The apoptosis mechanism is related with ischemia and oxygen lack in the kidney tissues during the exercise. In the cells, free radicals increase, Ca2+ becomes unbalanced, cytochrome C is released, NO is generated in a great quantity, and apoptosis promoting gene (P53 and Bax) expression increases, thereby causing the apoptosis. At the present time, in order to reduce apoptosis, this paper usually modulates the intensities and modes of exercise, and uses antioxidants such as melatonin and belladonna. The research is useful for disclosing the relationship between the apoptosis and the tiredness, providing scientific theory basis for exercise training, and preventing and curing kidney damages.
