吸附条件对羟丙基壳聚糖清除Cr(Ⅵ)效能的影响

摘 要: 研究羟丙基壳聚糖(hydroxypropyl chitosan,HPCS)对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附作用,探讨溶液的pH值、反应时间、温度、初始Cr(Ⅵ)浓度和离子浓度等因素对其吸附性能的影响。实验表明:pH值是HPCS吸附Cr(Ⅵ)的主要影响因素。在pH5时,对Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度为15 mg/L的溶液,可控制温度在20℃左右吸附2 h,吸附剂HPCS用量为1%(质量体积比,g/mL)时具有较好的吸附效果,且发现溶液中共存离子的浓度对吸附性能也有一定的影响。

Abstract: In this paper, adsorption behavior of hydroxypropyl chitosan towards Cr(Ⅵ) was studied. The effects of various factors, such as pH value, reaction time, temperature, initial concentration, and ion concentration on the adsorption performance were discussed. The results showed that pH was one of the main factors for adsorbing Cr(Ⅵ). When pH was 5 and the initial Cr(Ⅵ) concentration was 15 mg/L, a satisfactory adsorption capacity was achieved by using 1%(g/mL) hydroxypropyl chitosan to adsorbe for 2 h at about 20℃, and it was found that ion concentration of the system had some effects on adsorption properties of the hydroxypropyl chitosan.
