小尺寸离心压缩机的气动设计

摘 要: 对用于曝气装置的小尺寸离心压缩机进行了气动设计,在叶轮的设计过程中确定了两套设计方案,利用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件对两者进行了对比分析和讨论;在扩压器叶片型线确定后,改变扩压器的叶片数,分析比较了不同叶片数下“叶轮+扩压器”级的性能;在蜗壳的几何造型完成后,对包括叶轮、扩压器和蜗壳在内的离心压缩机整机进行了数值模拟,初步讨论了小尺寸离心压缩机的气动设计方法。结果表明:叶轮的轴向宽度对其性能有一定影响,建议选取较小的轴向宽度;在扩压器叶片数目的选择上,要综合考虑级总体性能与扩压器内部流场;而蜗壳内的流动状况较为复杂,会产生较大损失。

Title: Aerodynamic design of small size centrifugal compressor

Abstract: A centrifugal compressor, which is used in an aeration device, was aerodynamically designed. Two plans were decided for the impeller, and comparative analysis and discussion were performed to the plans using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code. After the profile of the diffuser vanes was decided, the number of diffuser vanes was changed, and the performances of different stages were analyzed and compared. After the geometric modeling of the volute was finished, the whole compressor including impeller, diffuser and volute was numerically analyzed. The design method of small size centrifugal compressor was preliminarily discussed. The results indicated that the axial width of the impeller had some impact on its performance, so it was suggested to choose a smaller value. About the selection of the number of diffuser vanes, the overall performance of the stage and the flowfield in the diffuser should be considered synthetically. More complicated flow condition in the volute would cause great loss.
