长行程大推力分段直线电机的模糊PI控制

摘 要: 随着电磁弹射系统对推力及效率的要求,永磁直线同步电机(permanent magnetic linear synchronous motor,PMLSM)被研究应用于弹射系统中。设计了用于电磁弹射的长初级短次级PMLSM,初级绕组采用分段结构,减小了绕组漏电感,降低了系统无功功率。控制系统采用2个逆变器和2个电流跟踪器,电流跟踪器用于在交叠段中跟踪另一段初级绕组的三相电流,使动子在交叠段中保持2段初级绕组电流一致,实现推力平稳。根据系统的非线性与参数的时变性,采用模糊PI调节器调节动子速度。结果显示:与传统PI调节相比,在交叠段中推力平衡,速度响应快且没有超调,证明所提方案的正确性与可行性。

Abstract: With the thrust and efficiency requirements of the electromagnetic launch system, permanent magnetic linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) is used in the launching system. This paper designed a PMLSM with long primary winding and short secondary winding used in the electromagnetic launch system, whose primary winding was divided into two sections. The control system employed two inverters and two current trackers, and the latter were adopted to track the 3-phase currents in the other section when the mover was in the overlapped section, so as to make the magnetic field excited by the two windings move forward smoothly, and make the thrust steady. According to the system nonlinearity and model variation, a fuzzy PI regulator was designed to adjust the mover velocity. In contrast to the conventional PI regulator, the results showed that the thrust was steady and the velocity reaction was quick without overshoot in the overlapped section. The method proposed here is validated by the results.
