锥形谐振管对热声发动机非线性效应抑制作用的研究

摘 要: 基于线性热声理论,分别对以等直径圆管和锥形管为谐振管的一台对称型驻波热声发动机进行数值模拟,讨论了锥形管大头直径对系统板叠热端温度和谐振频率的影响,分析了锥形谐振管内的速度振幅分布,及其对谐振管中声功率损失的影响。模拟计算结果表明:采用锥形管可以显著减小谐振管中速度振幅,进而可抑制非线性效应,同时降低谐振管中的声功率损失。在相同运行条件下,进行了两种不同谐振管的对比实验研究,给出了压力波及其快速傅里叶变换实验数据的比较。实验结果表明:采用锥形谐振管可抑制热声发动机系统中高次谐波的产生,并可提高压比,降低板叠热端温度。

Title: Influence of tapered resonance tube on suppression of nonlinear �effects in thermoacoustic engine

Abstract: Based on the linear thermoacoustics, a symmetrically standing-wave thermoacoustic engine was simulated with a cylindrical tube and a tapered one as the resonant tubes, respectively. Discussion focused on the effect of bigger diameter of the tapered tube on the hot end temperature and resonant frequency of the system. The distribution of velocity amplitude in the tapered tube and its impact on the acoustic power loss were analyzed. The simulation indicated that the decrease of velocity due to the tapered tube might suppress the nonlinear effect and decrease the acoustic power loss in the resonant tube. The experiments with both tapered and cylindrical tubes were carried out. The experimental data of pressure wave and corresponding FFT results were presented. The experimental results showed that the tapered tube could restrain the harmonics, elevate the pressure ratio and decrease the hot end temperature.
