高频回热器的选频特性研究

摘 要: 从热声系统回热器的频率特性出发,研究回热器对热声热机能量转换效率的影响。通过实验测量了声驱动系统中不同回热器填料与热声谐振管耦合后系统的谐振频率,并以复流容和品质因数作为评价回热器的性能指标,定量描述了回热器填料类型对热声热机系统谐振频率的影响。测量结果表明:不同类型填料回热器在同一热声系统中表现出不同的频率特性,从而影响整个系统的储能品质。与实验中选取的其他填料相比,针束型填料回热器的品质因数最高、耗散因数最小、能量储存性能最优。

Abstract: Based on the resonant frequency characteristic of regenerator in thermoacoustic system, the paper studied the influences of regenerator on energy conversion efficiency of thermoacoustic engine. The resonant frequency of sound-driven system with thermoacoustic resonators coupled with different regenerator matrixes was investigated experimentally. Then the quality factor and complex compliance were used as performance indexes of the regenerator to quantitatively evaluate the influences of the regenerator matrix types on resonant frequency of the thermoacoustic engine system. The measurement results showed that different matrixes represented different frequency characteristics in the same system, which influenced energy storage quality. Comparing with other matrixes used in this experiment, the pin-array matrix regenerator had the highest quality factor, the lowest dissipation factor and the best energy storage performance.�
