基于投影能量函数的临界切除时间计算方法

摘 要: 首先介绍了投影能量函数(projection energy function,PEF)的概念,并研究了在稳定和失稳两种情况下的故障后系统能量转换特性,利用故障后系统最小投影动能(projection kinetic energy,PKE)与故障切除时间的近似线性关系,结合稳定故障的最小PKE为零的特点,提出了一种快速估算有危害故障临界切除时间的插值方法。该方法利用两次仿真得到的系统最小PKE进行插值,算法简单、计算速度快、精度高,具有很高的实用性。最后依据华北2007年某方式计算电网进行故障分析的结果,说明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: The projection energy function (PEF) theory is introduced and the system energy transformation characteristics for both stable and unstable cases are analyzed. Then the variation characteristic of the minimum projection kinetic energy (PKE) in the post-fault duration for a contingency versus fault clearing times is carefully studied. Based upon the above characteristic, a new method for evaluating the critical clearing time for harmful contingency is proposed. The method has high precise, which is applicable for on-line stability analysis. Case studies on a representation of North-China power system are reported to verify the validity of the new approach. �
