基于正交试验的锅炉效率主影响因素分析

摘 要: 针对某电厂的燃烧优化调整试验,通过神经网络训练试验数据得到炉膛燃烧的结构模型,在此基础上应用正交试验设计(orthogonal experimental design,OED)方法分析了影响锅炉效率的主要因素,详细阐述了确定试验因素、确定因素水平以及选择正交表等设计方法,并应用直观分析和方差分析方法对正交试验结果进行了数值计算,提出了锅炉在满负荷下的运行方式。最后,对在燃烧调整试验中未进行试验因素组合的锅炉效率分别用正交试验和神经网络作了预测,将其结果进行比对,得出:正交表预测的锅炉效率趋势合理。

Title: Analysis of the main factors about the boiler efficiency�based on orthogonal experimental design

Abstract: This paper provides a method to analyze the main influencing factors of the boiler efficiency based on the orthogonal experimental design (OED). It aims at the optimal adjustment of the plant combustion testing and gets the combustion model through testing the data by neural network training. This paper describes the important steps such as the selections of the factors, levels and the orthogonal table. It also provides the boiler optimal operation mode by analyzing the result of the OED with the intuitive analysis and the analysis of variance. Finally, it shows that the trend of boiler efficiency change is reasonable by predicting other experiment results with OED and NN.�
